DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
All deliveries in France will be made by the Collisimo service of the Post Office.
For deliveries abroad, they will be made by the Collisimo postal service or by UPS/DHL.

The delivery time is 2 to 5 working days

For deliveries in France, the shipping costs are 7€
For International deliveries, the shipping costs are 20 €

To satisfy you as well as possible, we send you tracked parcels. We will send you the number of your package as soon as it is posted, which will make it possible to follow its route.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days from the day you received your package and the items must be unworn. The refund will be refused if it is not the case.

Contact us before returning the purchased items (lise@vedetteparis.com). Returns that have not been reported to this address will not be processed.
